What is IntroFinds?

IntroFinds is done-for-you prospecting for companies that sell to local businesses: it finds them in public records, names the owner and runs the outreach.

Who it's for

Vertical SaaS, fintech and marketplace companies of 10 to 100 people.

What we do

Research your buyers, send the outreach, follow up and route the replies.

How it's priced

A fixed monthly fee, scoped on a call. No per-lead pricing.

Why aren't your customers in Apollo or ZoomInfo?

Because those databases are built from LinkedIn pages, company websites and filings, and a single-location contractor, clinic or restaurant leaves few of those signals.

Orbital, a data vendor, counts 13,549,104 US small businesses that neither Apollo nor ZoomInfo has a record of.

Buyers like these

HVAC technician servicing an outdoor air-conditioning unit beside a work van
HVAC contractor
Mechanic working under the hood of a car in a small independent garage
Independent auto shop
Receptionist writing in a paper appointment book at a small clinic front desk
Local clinic
Line cook plating food in a busy independent restaurant kitchen
Independent restaurant

How do you find businesses that aren't online?

In the public records they have to file: licences, permits and applications. None of it depends on a website.

39,265Contractor licences in 16 California counties with employees, renewing workers' comp by 15 Mar 2027
4,309Independent restaurants and bars in the same counties with a liquor licence application pending

Who's behind IntroFinds?

Campaigns are led by operators who have spent years advising early-stage founders. Companies they advised went on to raise over $7M.

A team member runs every campaign; AI does the research.

Questions about IntroFinds

Do you guarantee meetings?

No. We commit to the work (research, outreach, follow-up, reporting and optimization) and to telling you early if a segment isn't responding. Meetings depend on your market, offer and sales team.

Should I buy a data tool or hire a done-for-you service?

If someone on your team can run outbound full time, a data tool may be enough. If not, we run it for you.

Why not just hire an SDR?

Hire one if you can carry the cost and the wait. A new SDR takes three to four months to ramp (SalesHive, 2026) and still needs data and tools. We go live in 14 days.

Who sends the emails, and who owns the data?

We do, in your company's name, from domains and inboxes you own. The prospect data, the inboxes and the conversations stay with you if we stop.

How soon do campaigns start?

14 days after signing, which covers the customer profile, source build, sequences and sending setup. Your first month starts when the first email sends.

How long is the commitment?

Three months from the first send, then month to month with 30 days' notice. If we end it, we give 60 days' notice and a written handover.

Do you work outside California?

Yes. The California counts on this page are worked examples. For another state or industry, we build the source during setup.
